Garden Party Dairy-Free Ranch Dip

This Ranch Dip recipe is light and creamy, dairy free and loaded with zesty garlic and herbs – great as a salad dressing or dip!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup nayonaise (vegan soy milk-based Mayonnaise)
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, dried
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with veggies: 1 medium cucumber, 2 medium carrot, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
